About the training program
The program is implemented within the direction 38.03.02 "Management". The training period is 4 years. The goal of the "Personnel Management" program is to prepare professional managers who possess a systematic approach to human resource management and modern tools for effective work with personnel. Students master the skills of effective selection, evaluation, development, and motivation of employees, as well as develop strategies for managing labor resources in various fields of activity. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills aimed at improving the organizational structure and corporate culture of the company.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the program will be able to realize themselves in various management positions or develop as independent specialists.
