In order to promote the effective employment of young specialists - graduates, to form an understanding among students about the situation in the labor market, to create additional conditions for increasing the effectiveness of practice-oriented educational processes, the Career Development Department operates at KBSU.
Employment assistance
The Department has a Career Development Center, and similar centers operate in all educational structural units under the guidance of career managers, who also work with career ambassadors from among active students. As part of the university's digital transformation, a digital career environment (hereinafter referred to as the CCS) has been implemented at KBSU, where vacancies and internships are posted, applicants are selected, events are offered, testing is conducted, a personnel reserve is formed, and much more. Media support for the issue of employment and placement of graduates is provided in 17 Telegram and VK channels integrated with the CCS, and information is also conveyed to students by career development managers of departments in WhatsApp groups. The CCS has a questionnaire for students looking for part-time work or temporary employment, based on which students are offered the appropriate type of employment. Annually, the department conducts a survey of graduates.
