Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Scan of a passport or other document that will be used for entry into the Russian Federation

Quota receipt
Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is carried out on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Scan of the completed application with a photo attached in the upper right corner (3x4, color or black and white, matte) and the personal signature of the applicant
