About the training program
The “Russian as a Foreign Language” program is designed to train specialists with professional competencies in teaching Russian as a foreign language, who are capable of carrying out teaching and research activities using modern technologies, understanding the spiritual and moral dimension of education, and fostering dialogue with representatives of different cultures.
What do graduates do?
Teacher of Russian as a foreign language (as well as related disciplines such as Russian Literature, Russian Culture, and Russian Regional Studies) at partner universities abroad (Thailand, China, South Korea, and other countries in the near and far abroad);
Teacher of Russian and English in preschool institutions, secondary and higher education institutions, and the continuing education system of the Russian Federation;
Translation specialist in the linguistic services of international organizations.
