Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

If necessary, stamps of consular legalization or an apostille must be affixed. In the case of consular legalization, two seals are mandatory — those of the representative office of the authorities abroad and the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
