Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- A copy of the passport (pages 2-3 + valid registration at the place of residence), for foreign citizens a notarized translation of the passport;
- 2 matte photos 3×4
- Copy of the certificate form No. 086-U (at the time of settlement, the issuance date should not exceed 6 months)
- The result of a laboratory blood test for syphilis and HIV (at the time of settlement, the issuance date should not exceed 10 days)
- Result of fluorographic examination (at the time of settlement, the issuance date should not exceed 1 year)
- Conclusion of a dermatologist/dermatovenereologist on the absence of skin and venereal diseases transmitted by contact-household means (at the time of arrival, the issuance date should not exceed 30 days)
- Copy of the vaccination certificate (or vaccination sheet) indicating the date of vaccination against: diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus (DTP), measles (MMR), rubella, mumps (MMR), hepatitis B, tuberculosis (BCG)
- Certificate from narcological and psychoneurological dispensaries at the place of permanent registration stating that you are not registered (at the time of settlement, the issuance date should not exceed 3 months)
- A copy of the medical institution's license for the specified types of activities (in case of undergoing a medical examination in non-state institutions)
Settlement conditions:
- Accommodation is carried out after the issuance of an order for enrollment, provided all necessary documents are available
- Check-in on weekends and non-working hours is not carried out
- Minors, when settling in without legal representatives, must provide a notarized consent of their legal representatives for accommodation in the dormitory
- Foreign citizens of the far and near abroad also need a notarized translation into Russian of all medical conclusions, including certificates of preventive vaccinations.

Additional information
In the room for each teacher there is: a table, a chair, a bedside table, a bed (it can be single-tier or double-tier), a wardrobe. Bedding (cotton mattress, a set of bed linen, a bedspread, a blanket, and a pillow) can be obtained. Allowed electrical and household appliances that can be taken with you: refrigerator (with a service life of no more than 7 years and in good condition), microwave oven, multicooker (rice cooker), electric kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, vacuum cleaner. All kitchens in dormitories are equipped with induction stoves, consider this when choosing dishes.
