About the training program
The programme trains nursing leaders and administrators—professionals who manage the work of mid-level medical personnel, establish nursing care processes, and are responsible for the quality and safety of care. Students study management and work organisation; healthcare economics and finance; law and regulation; quality control and patient safety; human resources management; digital technologies and records management; and modern models of nursing care. The training focuses on real-world tasks: students analyse the work of nursing services, develop local regulations and department development plans, and participate in audits and quality improvement projects.
