About the training program
The Bachelor's degree programme «Italian Language, Literature and Translation» is designed to train broad-based specialists in intercultural and interlingual communication, translation, and Italian language teaching. Graduates will receive thorough general philological and linguistic training in the tradition of the carefully preserved Saint Petersburg Linguistic School, enabling them not only to continue their education in their chosen field, but also to successfully address specific professional tasks in a variety of areas and acquire skills in two-way translation of texts covering different styles and subject areas.
