About the training program
The bachelor's program "Biology (with additional qualification 'Biology Teacher')" allows you to obtain fundamental general biological training along with specialized knowledge and practical skills in a specific field. The foundation of biological concepts is laid by disciplines dedicated to biodiversity and summer educational practice at field hospitals of SPbGU. A number of disciplines dedicated to the mechanisms ensuring the functioning of living systems at different levels of their organization complement fundamental education. Unique author's courses cover rapidly developing areas of biology such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, etc.
