The program is aimed at comprehensive and high-quality training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the following areas of physical foundations of methods for obtaining semiconductor materials, composite structures, and low-dimensional structures.

  • Динамика кристаллической решетки. Электрон-фононное взаимодействие. Квантоворазмерные структуры

Electronic Transport in Semiconductors and Composite Semiconductor Structures. Optical and Photoelectric Phenomena in Semiconductors and in Composite Semiconductor Structures. Spontaneous and stimulated luminescence in semiconductor materials and composite structures, semiconductor lasers and light-emitting devices. Nonequilibrium phenomena in semiconductors and structures
