About the training program
The bachelor's program "Chinese Philology (with additional qualification "Translation Specialist")" is aimed at providing students with fundamental knowledge about China, based on an in-depth study of the philological component of Chinese cultural heritage. At the same time, the program provides for the formation of a holistic understanding of the cultural, ethnic, demographic, confessional, linguistic, political, economic, social, and other features of China, along with a parallel and comprehensive study of the Chinese language. The program is also intended to provide comprehensive training for future scientists in the field of scientific sinology.
