About the training program

The bachelor's program "Comparative Historical Linguistics (English)" is implemented within the traditional scientific school of St. Petersburg. The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of comparative historical Indo-European linguistics. Along with the study of various aspects of general and comparative-historical linguistics, students gain in-depth knowledge of four ancient languages (Old Slavic, Ancient Greek, Latin, and Ancient Indian) and three modern languages.
