About the training program

The main educational program of the master's program "Legal Linguistics" is aimed at forming knowledge in the theory and methodology of legal linguistics. The program includes mastering knowledge and practical skills in the main areas of linguistics related to expertise and law, mastering research methods, as well as the theory and practice of linguistic analysis when working with various types of texts.

What will they teach you?

  • Междисциплинарная программа, включающая авторские учебные курсы, формирует как теоретические, так и практические компетенции в сфере лингвистической экспертизы продуктов речевой деятельности человека.
  • Выездная производственная практика проводится в организациях, в которых требуются специалисты с навыками экспертной деятельности в области языка права.
  • Обучающиеся имеют возможность участвовать в научных мероприятиях (конференциях, семинарах и др.), имеющих непосредственное отношение к тематике программы.
  • Темы выпускных квалификационных работ предлагаются работодателями.
  • Исследовательская практика «Лингвистическое консультирование» проводится на базе НИИ проблем государственного языка СПбГУ и других исследовательских учреждениях Санкт-Петербурга.
