About the training program

The main goal of the program is to form the competencies necessary for a lawyer in the field of information technology and telecommunications ("IT lawyer"). The main focus is on the legal problems of "end-to-end digital technologies" (big data, artificial intelligence, distributed ledgers, etc.). The program is primarily focused on the formation of practical skills.

What do graduates do?

Lawyers in relevant public authorities (for example, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation). Lawyers of companies whose activities are directly related to the development and (or) use of solutions in the field of end-to-end digital technologies (for example, PJSC "Sberbank"). Lawyers of legal and (or) consulting companies providing consultation on issues of legal regulation of end-to-end digital technologies.
