About the training program
The educational program of the master's degree "Medical and Pharmaceutical Law" combines the study of theoretical and practical legal foundations of health protection for citizens of various healthcare systems, based on the principles of budget financing, social insurance, and private initiative. The program is distinguished by a comprehensive (interdisciplinary) approach to its content; during the learning process, the legal foundations of the public health and healthcare system of the Russian Federation and various countries, the features of the functioning of healthcare entities, the legal foundations of the standardization of medicinal products, and the features of the legal regulation of the circulation of medicinal products are studied.
