About the training program
The educational program of the master's program "Civil Procedure, Arbitration Procedure" is aimed at training specialists in the field of civil and administrative judicial proceedings, enforcement proceedings, arbitration (arbitration), and notarial services. The subject of study is the methods of protecting civil rights in the context of procedural forms of their realization, in relation to means of judicial and non-judicial (administrative, notarial) protection, their mutual influence and conditionality, including at the stage of compulsory implementation.

Graduates are ready for work: In areas related to the administration of justice: representation of interests in civil, family, labor, etc. cases in courts of general jurisdiction, economic disputes in arbitration courts, arbitration courts, holding judicial positions As a notary, in the prosecutor's office in departments of general supervision and in departments for ensuring the participation of the prosecutor's office As a legal consultant (lawyer) in commercial and non-profit organizations of all organizational and legal forms, work in organizations providing consulting support for entrepreneurial activities, bodies of state power and local self-government
