Medical documents
Medical documents for citizens of the Republic of Belarus: 1) medical certificate Form No. 086/u or a similar form from the place of residence in Russian; 2) results of fluorographic examination (FLG) for the last year; 3) voluntary medical insurance policy (VMI); 4) vaccination certificate or medical certificate containing data on vaccinations.
Medical documents for foreign citizens (except for the Republic of Belarus): 1) valid medical conclusion No. 2 (from the set of documents obtained during a medical examination); 2) in the absence of a medical examination, data from the FLG or X-ray of the lungs from the country of residence are provided in the form of a notarized translation; 3) voluntary medical insurance policy (VMI)

Cross the border with Russia only with a foreign passport
When crossing the border with the Russian Federation, obtain a migration card. Border services are obliged to issue it to everyone (except citizens of the Republic of Belarus)
Indicate in the migration card the purpose of entry STUDY! Enter or check the number of the foreign passport with which you are crossing the border, date of birth, and citizenship. Sign the migration card.
Know the number of the dormitory where you plan to stay (the place of settlement will be determined depending on the method of your admission, the information must be tracked on the official website)
Arrive at the dormitory address for check-in on the specified day
Have or obtain a medical insurance policy valid for at least 1 year upon arrival at the university, valid on the territory of the Russian Federation (can be obtained at the International Student Office)
Mandatory conditions of medical insurance are: - medical assistance provided by emergency medical stations (departments, points); - medical assistance in outpatient and inpatient medical institutions in case of sudden health disorders and accidents; examination of temporary disability; transportation by medical transport or other means of transport, including medical accompaniment; - repatriation.
