About the training program

The program prepares master's graduates to develop and maintain high-precision equipment for microelectronics and instrument engineering. Key aspects of the program: - The main area of activity is mechatronic equipment for precision manufacturing as part of robotic and automated production lines. - Graduates design customized process equipment, including mechatronic units and robotic systems. - Training is based on real production tasks with the participation of partner companies — the M.I. Kalinin Machine-Building Plant and the PLM-Ural engineering company. - Students interested in research can publish articles and receive enhanced scholarships of up to 55,000 rubles per month.

What will they teach you?

  • Проводить монтаж, наладку и обслуживание промышленных мехатронных систем
  • Работать с гидравлическими и пневматическими приводами, системами управления и промышленными контроллерами
  • Разрабатывать нестандартное технологическое оборудование, мехатронные узлы точных машин и роботизированные системы
  • Создавать сложные системы, включающие информационно-сенсорные и управляющие модули
  • Разрабатывать математическое, алгоритмическое и программное обеспечение для мехатронных и робототехнических систем
  • Применять искусственный интеллект (машинное обучение) и методы цифрового проектирования (CAD/CAE/CAM/PLM)
  • Внедрять новые технологии и управлять проектами в сфере автоматизации и роботизации производства

Specialist in the Design and Operation of Robotic Systems; Designer of Non-Standard Process Equipment. The areas of professional activity include: Mechatronic units of precision machines; Mechatronic and robotic systems comprising information-sensing, actuating, and control modules; Mathematical, algorithmic, and software support for mechatronic and robotic systems; Methods and tools for designing, modeling, and experimentally studying mechatronic and robotic systems.
