The postgraduate program in the scientific specialty 5.7.8 “Philosophical Anthropology, Philosophy of Culture” is designed to train researchers who examine human beings and culture from a philosophical perspective. Program focus: an in-depth study of fundamental questions concerning human nature, identity, values, and ways of existence, as well as the forms, mechanisms, and dynamics of culture. The program focuses on classical and contemporary approaches—from phenomenology and existentialism to post-structuralism and interdisciplinary research—and on the analysis of cultural practices, institutions, and symbolic systems.
