About the training program
The duration of training is 4 years. The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of biotechnology (at the intersection of chemistry, biology, and engineering). Program goals: acquiring fundamental knowledge in biochemistry, molecular biology, genetic engineering, and related disciplines; acquiring skills in working with modern biotechnological equipment; understanding ethical and legal aspects of biotechnology. The program is suitable for students aiming for future careers in both applied and research activities in the field of biotechnology.
What do graduates do?
Graduates after training can realize themselves as a biotechnology engineer, a food production engineer, a biotechnology laboratory engineer, and an environmental engineer in scientific and production companies, biotechnological scientific and production complexes, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. Graduates can find employment in biotechnological productions of medicines, dietary supplements, and functional nutrition products, as well as in enterprises producing enzymes, biological plant protection agents, vaccines for livestock, therapeutic and feed antibiotics, diagnostic kits, probiotics, and biological components of feed additives.
