About the training program

The program is implemented within the direction 03.04.02 "Physics". The program is a unique interdisciplinary educational product developed at the intersection of fundamental physics, modern materials science, and engineering sciences. The goal of the program is to prepare highly qualified personnel capable of solving complex scientific and technical tasks in the field of optics and photonics, design of functional materials, or space propulsion. The program structure combines in-depth study of theoretical foundations with mastery of applied skills in working on modern scientific equipment and methods of processing big data, including machine learning.

What do graduates do?

The program is intended for bachelors and specialists in physical and mathematical, engineering, chemical, and biological fields, motivated by research and development activities. Graduates of the program will possess the competencies necessary for work in high-tech sectors of the economy, academic and industry scientific centers, as well as for continuing their studies in graduate school.
