Rosneft and FEFU are developing a long-term partnership in the field of education and science, including the development of educational programs (oil and gas, chemical technologies, power engineering), the creation of joint research projects, and the improvement of the scientific and educational infrastructure of FEFU.
Employment assistance
FEFU actively promotes the employment of graduates by developing strategic partnerships with leading companies in various industries. This provides students with access to extensive opportunities for internships and subsequent employment. Thus, in 2023, the Far Eastern Federal University developed 9 network educational programs and 28 programs of additional professional education together with the Government of Primorsky Krai, LLC "FESCO Integrated Transport", LLC "DSK Primorye", JSC "DGK", ANO "Center 'Amur Tiger'", NIC "Kurchatov Institute", Primorsky Oceanarium, Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and other partners. These programs are oriented towards solving current production tasks and provide students with practical experience, in-demand skills, and contacts with employers. For the adaptation of students and career guidance of schoolchildren, excursions to partner enterprises such as LLC "Innofarm-DV" and GC "Arnika" are organized.

PJSC RusHydro
PJSC "RusHydro" and Far Eastern Federal University have been successfully cooperating since 2016, creating the Basic Department of RusHydro at the university. The partnership includes the training of specialists for RusHydro facilities, many graduates of Far Eastern Federal University successfully work in the company, including at the RusHydro Research Center on Russky Island.
JSC "DCSS"
JSC "DCSS" pays great attention to the development of youth, actively cooperating with leading technical universities in Russia, including FEFU. Cooperation is underway to train engineering personnel for shipbuilding and ship repair in the Far East.
