About the university
Far Eastern Federal University is the flagship of Russian education in the Far East with a 125-year history, located on Russky Island, Vladivostok. Far Eastern Federal University is a multidisciplinary university with a focus on natural science fields. The unique location of the university on the seashore allows for the training of high-class oceanographers. Engineering laboratories and centers produce the best physicists, engineers, and biotechnologists. The medical complex of FEFU creates conditions for the training of medical professionals with practical training. The FEFU campus is equipped with world-class infrastructure. The huge campus with an area of over 130 hectares offers a bright and comfortable environment for learning and living. The university's dormitories correspond to the level of 3-star hotels and are designed for more than 10,000 students. The Far Eastern Federal University is a key platform for holding world-class international events. Studying at FEFU gave me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and have a unique experience that would probably not have been possible in my home country. The university campus is beautiful, surrounded by nature and offers stunning sea views. One of the most valuable aspects for me is life on campus: there is always something to do here, from student clubs to cultural events. As for the academic programs, I believe that the university is particularly strong in the humanities, with an interesting focus on language studies (for example, Chinese) and international relations.

At the Far Eastern Federal University, I am experiencing a unique experience. Here, there is an open academic atmosphere, mentors give knowledge and emotional support. The FEFU medical program offers an orderly education, excellent professors, and research opportunities. Competitions engage students in work beyond the curriculum (thesis papers, surgical olympiads). It seemed to me that there was a lack of practical classes with an emphasis on patient interaction, which could positively develop the skills needed by healthcare professionals in the first years of training. Cozy dormitories and a campus with excellent living conditions and views. The first years were difficult to adapt to the new country, but the memories of those past beloved years and experiences are very pleasant.

I am a third-year graduate student in international relations at the Far Eastern Federal University. FEFU is a true source of inspiration for my studies and development. Outstanding professors of international relations teach here, who with their rich experience and mentorship helped me to delve deep into research and develop analytical abilities. The campus is modern, well-equipped, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, creating an inspiring learning environment. The location of the campus makes it one of the leading venues for international events in the Far East and the Asia-Pacific region. The annual holding of the Eastern Economic Forum, with the participation of President of Russia V.V. Putin, confirms the high level of preparation of the campus for world-class events.

Proximity to nature is one of the main advantages of the FEFU campus. On the campus, there is a park with a forest zone and waterfalls, equipped with convenient paths for walking and cycling. The embankment along Ajax Bay offers picturesque views and opportunities for relaxation.
FEFU Medical Center
The Medical Center of the Far Eastern Federal University is a modern multidisciplinary center providing high-tech medical care to patients. It has 14 departments, 9 operating rooms, diagnostic centers, and a rehabilitation center. Any university student can contact the Medical Center of the Far Eastern Federal University if necessary.
Stores and retail outlets
The FEFU campus is a comfortable student town that provides all necessary conditions for living and studying: shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacies, post office, copy centers, and much more. Convenient movement around the campus is provided by free buses.

FEFU supports a healthy lifestyle by providing students, faculty, and staff with access to modern sports facilities: sports and health complexes, swimming pools, gyms, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, and a 2000-seat stadium.
living conditions
The hotel complex of the Far Eastern Federal University offers foreign students comfortable accommodation in modern dormitories with double rooms and two-room apartments (3-4 people). The rooms are equipped with necessary furniture, and weekly cleaning is carried out. Kitchens and laundries are located on the floors.
