About the training program
The goal of the program is to train highly qualified personnel and conduct scientific research within the content of the scientific specialty 5.1.2 "Public Law (State Law) Sciences" on the most significant aspects of public law sciences, taking into account the specifics of the scientific research of the chosen department, including: • theoretical and practical problems of law and the state, Russian legislation, and law enforcement practice; • legal regulation of state administration in the oil and gas industry, etc.
