SPBPU is a flagship university of Rosatom for the training of foreign professional personnel in the field of energy, partnership interaction, advanced training of labor resources, joint development of educational courses and English-language master's educational programs dedicated to current industry topics.

Huawei
Our graduates participate in such projects as: the application of artificial intelligence in medicine, data compression without loss of quality, optimization of video compression algorithms for video surveillance, problems in transport monitoring systems, solutions for speech recognition, and much more.

PJSC Gazprom Neft
In SPbPU, the Scientific and Educational Center "Gazpromneft-Polytech" has been established to attract talented youth for training in the oil and gas industry and their further employment in the NOC "Gazpromneft-Polytech", the Scientific and Technical Center "Gazprom Neft", and other divisions of the company.

Schlumberger
The largest oil service company – one of the leaders in oil development and oil production – conducts internships and competitions, as a result of which students and graduates of SPbPU can get a job at the company.

Roscosmos State Corporation
In 2022, with the support and direct participation of the State Corporation "Roscosmos," 16 small spacecraft of the educational project Space Pi were launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, 2 of which were developed by students and postgraduates of SPbPU. In 2024, the launch of two more is planned.

NEMTRI
Graduates after studying at Polytech become true ambassadors of science and work in research laboratories and productions of safe polymer lithium-ion batteries. The joint Russian-Chinese centers ETRI and NEMTRI are headed by Polytech graduate Wang Qingshen.
