About the training program
An agronomist is a specialist in agriculture responsible for cultivating crops, preserving and improving soil fertility, and introducing modern technologies in crop production. An agronomist develops the components of the farming system (crop rotation system, tillage system, fertilizer system, plant protection system, agricultural machinery system, and seed production system). They also develop crop cultivation technology taking into account the farming system and ensuring proper agricultural practices. Specializations: crop production, seed production, agrochemistry, soil science, plant protection.
