About the training program
The "Economics and Public Procurement" program prepares specialists to manage one of the most important tools of the economy, allowing the state to effectively spend budget funds, develop competition, and meet the needs of the population and state enterprises. Graduates acquire in-demand skills in the field of planning, conducting, and controlling procurement activities, which opens up wide career opportunities in the public sector and business. The program consists of 2 tracks: International Provider and Russian Contract System. The first track is implemented in English. The program partner is Roseltorg.
What do graduates do?
The contract manager plays a key role in ensuring state needs, guaranteeing the legal and effective conduct of procurement. The scope of application of professional skills covers all spheres of the economy. Career: - in government bodies and local self-government, various state budgetary, autonomous institutions; - in business in "tender" departments; - in the control body in the field of state procurement (Federal Antimonopoly Service, regional ministries, municipal control bodies); on electronic platforms; - in international development institutions (International Bank, Asian Development Bank, BRICS New Development Bank, Eurasian Development Bank), national governments.
