Admission to the Olympiads

1. Foreign citizens who apply for education on the basis of international treaties submit documents confirming their inclusion among the persons specified in the relevant international treaties. 2. Foreign citizens and stateless persons who are compatriots living abroad submit originals or copies of documents provided for by Article 17 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ of May 24, 1999, "On the State Policy of the Russian Federation towards Compatriots Abroad."
