About the training program
The specialty program "Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities" (40.05.04)) prepares lawyers for work in law enforcement agencies. Students study criminal and civil procedure, criminology, and the basics of operational and investigative activities. Special attention is paid to prosecutorial supervision, methods of investigating crimes, and maintaining state prosecution. Graduates work as prosecutors, investigators, judges, and investigators in the prosecution, Investigative Committee, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and judicial system.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the specialty "Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities" mainly work in the prosecution authorities, holding positions as assistant prosecutors, prosecutors of various directions (supervision over the investigation, enforcement of laws, representation in courts). They also become investigators and investigators in the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Graduates work in the judicial system — as secretaries of court hearings, assistant judges, and in the future — as judges. Additional opportunities include work in justice bodies (registration service), the bar, and legal services of state institutions with procedural representation functions.
