The profession of a religious scholar involves organizing and carrying out activities aimed at strengthening the all-Russian civic identity, preserving the ethnocultural diversity of the peoples of Russia, interethnic and interregional harmony, social and cultural adaptation and integration of migrants. No less important is the identification and prevention of conflicts on ethnic and religious grounds, as well as countering the spread of extremist ideology and terrorism.
