Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport and a Russian translation of the passport
- Migration card, VISA (if applicable)
- Application for registration at the dormitory
- Residential Lease Agreement in the VolgGTU Student Dormitory
Settlement conditions:
- Have the application certified by the dean’s office
- Have the application certified by the commandant
- Submit the signed contract to the student trade union committee to obtain the accommodation warrant.
- Provide a medical certificate confirming that the student has no medical contraindications to studying and staying in the Russian Federation, issued on the basis of an examination conducted no more than 3 months ago, as well as a vaccination certificate.
