About the training program
The master's program "Civil Law, Private International Law, Civil Procedure" is aimed at studying the main provisions of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, corresponding to the new level of development of market relations, a wide range of problems of modern civil studies related to the spheres of property, contract law, intellectual rights, as well as inheritance law, and analyzes modern trends in their civil law development, including issues of reforming Russian civil legislation.
