About the training program
The program prepares highly qualified specialists for work in the field of electric power and electrical engineering with an emphasis on the economic and management tasks of the industry. Interdisciplinary training includes the study of technological features of the field, economic support for the creation and operation of electrical equipment, cost calculation and pricing, production planning, analysis of the financial and economic activities of enterprises, justification of investment programs, as well as issues of inter-industry integration.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in construction and housing and communal services — they are engaged in the design and operation of electric power facilities. They are in demand in the field of electric power and electrical engineering, in industry — at enterprises for the production of fiber-optic cables, in projects for the automation and mechanization of production, in the operation of electric power systems and electrical complexes. They also work in the financial and economic departments of electrical engineering companies, organizations for the design, installation, and maintenance of energy facilities, at industrial enterprises with their own energy management, in the system of energy and technological supervision.
