About the training program
The program is aimed at training researchers in the field of civil, entrepreneurial, family, and procedural law. The training covers the theory of private law relations, contractual and non-contractual obligations, corporate relations, protection of the rights of subjects of civil circulation, and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity. Special attention is paid to judicial and extrajudicial protection of rights, regulation of relations with foreign elements, legal aspects of the digital economy and intellectual property, as well as the development of modern approaches to improving private law regulation.
