About the training program
The goal of the program is to provide information and telecommunications support and form a scientific and intellectual base in the tasks of energy efficiency and security of Russia through the comprehensive development at the global level of a system for training and retaining highly qualified personnel, creating new educational, research, and production technologies for efficient, reliable, and environmentally safe energy and other high-tech sectors of the economy.
