About the training program
The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of materials science and micro- and nanoelectronics technologies. Students study semiconductor materials and structures, the element base of electronic technology, materials and components of quantum electronics. The training combines fundamental physical and chemical training with the mastery of modern information technologies and methods of designing high-tech electronic systems. Special attention is paid to the study of material properties, the development of new components of electronic equipment, and the application of high-tech technologies in micro- and nanoelectronics.
