About the training program
The program prepares highly qualified specialists in the field of life safety, occupational safety, and industrial and environmental safety. Students master general technical and electrical engineering disciplines, and from the 3rd year, they study special subjects in technological safety. Graduates are able to conduct environmental expertise of energy enterprises, vibroacoustic diagnostics, and electronic environmental monitoring, assess working conditions and risks for industrial facilities, ensure electrical safety, and design environmental control and protection systems.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in the field of electrical and thermal energy, at industrial enterprises, in construction organizations (including in the field of environmental expertise). They are engaged in ensuring industrial safety, protecting humans and the environment from anthropogenic impact, maintaining the electrical system of enterprises—working with low- and high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical installations, and networks. Specialists participate in the implementation of electrical engineering projects, control dangerous technological processes in the energy sector, and ensure the safety of personnel of energy enterprises and organizations with their own electrical facilities.
