About the training program
The program prepares specialists in designing, setting up, and ensuring reliable operation of steam generating units and their auxiliary equipment: steam and hot water boilers, wastewater boilers, nuclear power plant steam generators, burners, combustion chambers of GTU, etc. Students master equipment for industrial thermal power (including boilers for injecting steam into oil reservoirs) and learn to reduce the emission of harmful substances. The training includes working with industry-specific programs Boiler Designer and Ansys CFX — they are used for designing and researching thermal power equipment: steam and gas turbines, station equipment, and elements of steam generating units.
