About the training program
The program is aimed at training specialists with deep knowledge in the field of solid state physics and materials science, as well as modern technologies for the creation, processing, and research of semiconductor materials and structures. The program covers the study of fundamental physical processes occurring in semiconductors, methods of material synthesis and modification, crystal growth technologies, and the formation of nanostructures, which provides graduates with knowledge and skills for work in the scientific and industrial fields of micro- and nanoelectronics.
