About the training program

The goal of the program is to study special sections of electronics related to the processes of creating devices of modern electronics and nanoelectronics. The electronic component base of micro- and nanoelectronics, quantum devices is a specialty engaged in the development and research of physical foundations for the creation of new and improvement of existing devices, integrated circuits, products of micro- and nanoelectronics, solid-state electronics, discrete radioelectronic components, microelectromechanical systems, nanoelectromechanical systems, quantum devices, including optoelectronic devices and converters of physical quantities.
