About the training program

The preparation of human resources capable not only of servicing high-tech production but also of being ready for the modernization of existing and the introduction of new technological processes for the production of products using innovative welding technologies and equipment is also aimed at training graduate students oriented towards knowledge of the current state of welding production, innovative technologies, and equipment used in welding production in our country and abroad for welding metals in homogeneous and heterogeneous combinations, composite materials, and plastics.

  • Научным основам выбора материалов с заданными свойствами применительно к конкретным условиям эксплуатации для изготовления изделий и конструкций с использованием сварочных технологий
  • Применению компьютерного анализа для оптимизации сварочных процессов и получения качественных сварных соединений, отвечающих нормативным требованиям заказчика
  • Процессам, протекающие при различных способах сварки, а также их влияние на комплекс механических свойств
  • Специальным разделам механики деформируемых тел, относящиеся к вопросам прочности сварных соединений и конструкций
  • Знаниям в области исследования напряженно-деформированного состояния сварных конструкций; современными методам измерения механических напряжений и деформаций
  • Выбору материалов и технологий для изготовления сварных конструкций с учетом параметров нагружения
  • Навыкам обработки и оценки достоверности результатов диагностики и оценки технического состояния сварных конструкций
  • Методам повышения технологической и конструкционной прочности сварных конструкций
  • Различным методам расчета прочности сварных соединений и конструкций
  • Мероприятиям по увеличению ресурса работы сварных соединений и конструкций
