Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Application
- Photocopy of the passport (the page with the photograph and the page with the visa)
Settlement conditions:
- To obtain a mark on the referral for accommodation in the dormitory, you must submit the following documents to the University Student Polyclinic, in accordance with medical and sanitary requirements: 1. The original result of an X-ray (fluorographic) examination. 2. Information on vaccinations against measles, diphtheria and tetanus (the original vaccination certificate or a copy certified by the clinic at your place of residence). 3. Additionally for international students: the result of a laboratory blood test for syphilis (RW-negative or RMP/RPR-negative) and HIV (HIV blood test) — valid for 10 days. 4. Additionally for international students: a valid voluntary health insurance policy. If you do not have the required medical documents, you can obtain them at the Student Polyclinic at: 3 Krasina St., Oryol.
