The "Career" Center of Ulyanovsk State University (hereinafter - the Center) was established in June 2021. The goal is to employ graduates of Ulyanovsk State University (hereinafter - the University), adapt them to the labor market, and promote the employment of University students.
Employment assistance
• analysis of the labor market needs of the Ulyanovsk region for specialists trained by the University, study of the need for qualified personnel in enterprises and organizations of the regions of Russia;
• formation of a database of vacancies by professions, specialties, and (or) directions of training for students and graduates
• formation of an electronic collection of resumes of students, database of graduates;
• formation of a bank of applications for graduates;
• conducting events with students and graduates to increase their competitiveness in the labor market through career guidance, informing about trends in demand and supply for specialists.
