About the training program

The specialty "Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities" is aimed at training highly qualified lawyers capable of administering justice and prosecutorial supervision in accordance with current legislation. The training includes the study of legal sciences, procedural law, as well as the practice of applying legislation.

  • разрабатывать и реализовывать правовые нормы
  • проводить научные исследования
  • анализировать нестандартные ситуации правоприменительной практики и предлагать оптимальные варианты их решения
  • аргументировать правовую позицию ˗ письменно и устно, в том числе в состязательных процессах
  • составлять юридические документы и разрабатывать проекты нормативных (индивидуальных) правовых актов.
