Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
1. Original documents, including a passport with a visa and a migration card, are submitted to the Admissions Committee within the time limits established by the admission rules. 2. Educational documents must undergo legalization in the country where the diploma was issued. You can find out about the legalization procedure at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the country where the diploma was issued or on the website of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Glavexpertcenter". 3. The translation of educational documents into Russian must be notarized in the Russian Federation, or by the Embassy or Consulate of the Russian Federation in the country of issuance of the documents. Documents of foreign states on education and academic titles must undergo the procedure of recognition and establishment of equivalence in the established manner.
