About the training program

The postgraduate program in the direction 5.1.3 "Private Law (Civil) Sciences" is intended for the training of highly qualified researchers in the field of civil, family, inheritance, property, and other branches of civil law. Graduates will be able to engage in scientific research activities, preparation of regulatory acts, court decisions, and consulting on issues of civil legislation. The goals of the postgraduate program are to prepare researchers capable of developing theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on civil law issues, participating in the formation of legal policy, improving legislation and judicial practice.
