About the training program
The areas of professional activity of graduates are: -architecture, design, geodesy, topography, and design (in the areas of: maintaining and developing state cadastral accounting data, conducting state cadastral accounting of real estate; preparing, planning, and performing field work on engineering-geodetic surveys, their processing; conducting work on surveying and monitoring urban planning objects, processing research results, preparing reports, project products, and technical passports; collecting and systematizing information for the development and formation of a set of urban planning documentation).
What do graduates do?
-Specialist-cadastral engineer: preparation of documents under the guidance of an experienced engineer, field work with a surveyor. -Specialist of the cadastral department in the Rosreestr Administration/MFC: acceptance and verification of documents from citizens, consultations, registration of objects. -Land surveyor in the design organization: participation in the preparation of land survey documentation, land plot layout schemes. -Real estate specialist: support of land transactions, preparation of documents for obtaining construction permits.
