About the training program
The program is offered by the Faculty of Journalism of the Institute of Journalism and Media Industries. It prepares highly qualified journalists with the knowledge and competencies in demand, above all, for work in the mass media in Russia and abroad. Master’s students acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to conduct effective propaganda and, naturally, counterpropaganda. Special attention is paid to the language training of master’s students. A number of courses are taught in English. As part of these courses, students have the opportunity to improve their English through Advanced and Upper-Advanced (Proficiency) programs.
