About the training program
The Master’s program “History of Foreign Art of the 15th–20th Centuries: Contexts and Interpretations” is a fundamental educational project in the field of classical art history. The approach proposed by the program’s authors makes it possible to study art history as a crucial nexus for understanding culture. The educational process places particular emphasis on studying the patterns and contexts of the development of classical art history. Master’s students are trained to explore artistic heritage through the lens of interdisciplinarity, as well as the theory and history of images, meanings, artistic media, and expressive techniques.
