Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport
- Migration card
- Medical examination
- Document confirming registration for migration purposes
- Dormitory payment receipt
- 3×4 photos in color or black and white (2 pcs.)
- For minor applicants – parental consent
- Fluorography
Settlement conditions:
- A foreign student must notify the Migration and Visa Department of FSBEI HE SPbSAU within 3 days of any change to their personal data.
- An international student must fully understand the responsibility for leaving the place of temporary registration (the dormitory) without authorization for more than one day, without notifying the Migration and Visa Office and the dormitory commandant. If this occurs, the international student will be deregistered and their visa will be cancelled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, within three days.
- An international student must understand that, if travel within the Russian Federation has been approved by the Migration and Visa Department of СПбГАУ, any stay in a hotel, inn, hostel, spa, etc. will result in the cancellation of the СПбГАУ registration. The student must understand that, in such a case, upon returning, they are required to immediately provide the necessary documents to the Migration and Visa Department for the registration to be arranged by СПбГАУ.
- An international student should understand that if payment for accommodation in the dormitory is not made for more than 1–2 months, the student will be evicted from the dormitory in accordance with the agreement. The dormitory administration will no longer be responsible for the student’s belongings left behind, and the student will have to find accommodation independently, pay for it, and complete the registration process+7 (812) 318-17-63

Step-by-step dormitory move-in procedure: 1. After the enrollment orders are published on the СПбГАУ website, the move-in dates for each institute’s dormitories will also be announced by the university and college dean’s offices. 2. The student must report to the Migration and Visa Department of СПбГАУ to obtain an application for dormitory accommodation. Once completed, it must be submitted to the dormitory supervisor. 3. International students must have all the required documents with them.
